A: We commonly accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). 30% deposit for production, 70% balance before shipment. L/C is negotiable for large orders.

A: Yes. Our engineering team can adjust spindle, tool magazine, travel, fixture and other parameters according to your material, part drawing and tolerance requirement. Please send us your workpiece drawing for technical evaluation.

A: 1‑year warranty for whole machine. We provide remote technical support all the time, operation manual, video guidance and spare‑parts supply.
Q7：Do you support export packing and provide full set export documents?
